The Product
Stride is a fitness and wellness app concept for organizations that need to coordinate workouts, events, attendance, messaging, and team activity in one place. The concept was shaped around schools, military groups, fitness teams, and organizations where shared accountability matters.
The product direction combines mobile UI design, team management UX, scheduling tools, calendar views, messaging, and user administration into a more focused wellness platform.

Product Challenge
Fitness apps often focus on the individual, while team and organization workflows need a different kind of structure. Coaches, leaders, and members need to understand what is scheduled, who is attending, where conversations are happening, and what actions need follow-up.
Unlike a personal workout app, Stride had to keep calendars, attendance, messaging, and team administration understandable to both leaders and members.

UX and Feature System
The interface groups related tasks into clear areas: calendar, event management, team and user management, channels, messages, account settings, and repeat scheduling. This keeps operational tasks close together instead of scattering them across unrelated screens.
Large mobile screens were used to test dense workflows while preserving touch-friendly controls. The design needed to support repeat use, not just look clean in a static mockup.
Prototype Thinking
The motion prototype helped test how the app might feel when moving between major workflows. Those transitions are important for a product like this because users may jump from schedule review to attendance to messaging during the same session.
The goal was to make a practical operations tool feel calm, organized, and modern without hiding the information people need to act quickly.
The concept turns a broad wellness idea into a focused mobile system for schedules, attendance, messaging, and shared accountability.
